During the Europe on the fork Festival 2015, our national connoisseurs de cuisine – Robert Maklowicz and Piotr Bikont – will encourage you to try the Lower Silesian carp. As usual, you will also have the opportunity to taste delicacies from various parts of Europe and buy some regional products on the market.
Our chef de cuisine of the Art Hotel Grzegorz Pomietło serves the Hungarian cuisine this year: Pörkölt Goulash with Galuski Noodles oraz Langos Bread.
