History connects places, people, events and tastes very frequently. When in 1856 the Monaco prince Charles III Grimaldi issued the first concession for founding a casino, he probably did not suppose, that a health resort beneath the hill of his name - Monte Carlo - would become the Capital city of European gambling and synonymous with all things luxurious. Tastes of refinement from above the Ligurian coast appeared also one hundred years ago in Wrocław.

Preparation:
Mix strawberries, wipe through the sieve to get rid of stones, next mix with the icing sugar.
Mix the cooled cream until getting the consistency of whipped cream.
Put 2-3 scoops of ice cream into cups, add the whipped cream and pour it with strawberry sauce.
