On the last Sunday afternoon right before holidays started we had met with our little helpers to prepare together such delicious snacks as: fuit animals, fruit pizza or desserts with chia seeds and mascarpone cheese. The kids invited to the workshops could attend a lecture concerning the healthy nutrition and find out something more about the blissful influence of the live bacterias on the children's health. Other topics discussed during the event regarded the dehydration of the organism and how to cope with it, especially during summer as well as encouraging children to eat the healthy vegetable fats. We also tastes fruit juices and oils prepared by the sponsor of the workshops, the Oleofarm company. The most pleasant part of the programme were beyond all doubt the diat revolutions performed by the active Kids who carefully attended by the Chef de cuisine of the Art Hotel - Przemysław Bogucki - with an incredible assiduousness fulfilled their deepest dreams and crazy phantasy :) See the gallery
