What types of events do we organise?

At Art Hotel, we organise conferences, training sessions, workshops, presentations, team meetings and other business events for groups of up to 49 people.
Our intimate setting allows us to tailor the space and level of service to the nature of each event – from a few-hour training session to an event combined with meals and accommodation. Each organiser has the support of a dedicated event coordinator who helps plan the individual elements and oversees the event from start to finish.

Conference and training catering

We can complement the event programme with catering prepared by Art Restaurant. Depending on the schedule, we can arrange coffee breaks, lunch, a buffet or dinner for participants. We also cater for a range of dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.

Conference Rooms in Wrocław

Organisers can choose from three air-conditioned conference rooms: Kominkowa, SARP and Stiukowa.

They vary in and layout, making it easy to select a space that suits the number of participants and the format of the event. Each room offers natural daylight, blackout options and conference equipment. The rooms share a common foyer that can be used for coffee breaks, buffets, presentations and informal conversations between sessions. The foyer also provides access to a terrace.

Conferences stays at Art Hotel

If participants are travelling from outside Wrocław or the event lasts more than one day, a conference or training session can be combined with accommodation at Art Hotel.

The hotel offers 80 rooms, allowing accommodation, conference facilities and catering to be arranged in one place. Participants have access to breakfast, Wi-Fi and underground parking. Parking spaces must be reserved in advance.

Conferences in central Wrocław

Art Hotel is located in Wrocław Old Town, around 200 metres from the Market Square.
Its central location makes it convenient to organise events for participants travelling from both Wrocław and other cities.

After a conference or training session, participants can dine at the hotel’s restaurant or continue their evening in the city centre. The location also works well for multi-day events that include a group dinner, sightseeing or other activities in Wrocław.
