The voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Therefore, you do not have to use it immediately on the day of arrival in Wrocław, you have plenty of time to complete it.

The hotel check in starts at 15:00 and ends at 12:00. However, if you need a room earlier, it is possible if we have a room available. You can also leave your luggage in our storage room and go leisurely exploring the city.

Breakfast is served daily between 07:00 and 10:00.

The hotel does not organise childcare, nor does it arrange babysitters.

You can collect tickets in the morning from our reception, and after sightseeing return to the hotel and check into your room.

Yes, it would be best if the guest had a child's ID with them when checking in. The hotel facility is obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors, in particular to establish the identity of the minor and their relationship with the adult with whom they are staying at the facility.
