Voucher redemption conditions:
- The voucher must be redeemed during one visit to Art Hotel within 12 months from the date of purchase.
- The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. In the case of partial use of the voucher value, the remaining amount is non-refundable.
- To redeem the voucher, it must be presented to the reception staff upon check-in.
