The dinner menu for Two is offered in form of a mini card with dishes changing every season. A sample menu:
Starter or soup to choose
Yellow beetroot carpaccio with smoked tofu and pistachios / Mushroom soup with boiled dumplings and fresh thyme
Main dish to choose
Aromatic country chicken breast with sugar snap peas and daikon radish salad / Trout fillet with oyster mushroom and almond-caper sauce / Baked sweet potato with vegetable-fruit relish, beluga lentils, soy sauce and coconut mousse
Dessert to choose
Roasted apple with rose and scoop of ice cream / Walnut mousse with pistachio mousse with oranges in cointreau
