- The voucher must be redeemed during one visit to the Art Hotel within 12 months of purchase.
- Once the voucher expires, the voucher is deemed to have been redeemed.
- The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. If the value of the voucher is used in part, the remaining amount is not refundable.
- In order to redeem the voucher, it is necessary to present it to the receptionist at the time of check-in.
